The artists will be accompanied at the concert by the Estonian Defense Forces Orchestra, the singers will perform songs from the Estonian Gold Fund in addition to their hit songs. The concert "Songs for a Soldier" is a good opportunity to draw the attention of the general public to the national defence and our veteran families. The concert at the military base was new and fresh and this is why we decided to continue with new and wonderful tradition. This provided an opportunity to have a live concert with an audience. Thus, it was decided to give a concert in the military base in Tapa, where the audience consisted of Estonian and NATO soldiers, who are together every day and separated from the rest of the world anyway. In 2020, the concert was supposed to reach Paide, but due to the corona crisis, the events related to Victory Day were cancelled. In the past the concert has been held in Pärnu, Haapsalu, Võru, Rakvere, Kärdla, Valga, Tallinn and Tartu.
